SirRonLionHeart and Mario go up against Koopa The Olympic World Medallist.
On challenging, he observes that Koopa actually cheats! Although he is pretty big and covers up the whole road so I guess he has to take a wider path. They play fair themselves though and don't use the teleportation warp.
They don't cheat and they prosper, winning the second power star :)
